BE IT OEDAii�ED by THE CITY COUIWIL Ol' TnE UiTY OF LI' TLE ROCK:
Section 1. That the sun of 4230;00, or as much
thereof as may be necessary, be and the same is hereby appropriated
out of any money in the General Revenue not otherwise appropriated, for
the purpose of purchasing one steel tank body and cab for the Street
Cleaning and Garbage Departments, and the mayor and Uity ulerk are
hereby authorized and directed to draw the Uity*e warrant or warrants
for the total of §230.00, made payable to ,
and with such maturity or maturities as they may deem for the best inte-
rest of the Uity.
Section 2. Th *s ordinance shall take effect and
be in full force from and after its passage.
