:d ORDINANCE REGULATING TIM USE OF EXPLOSIVES IN THE
LI11ITS OF TEE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK A::D FOR OTH1R PUS- POSES.
BE IT 01MAIPIED BY T= C.TTY COUNCIL OF IM' CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
Section 1. That from and after the passage of this ord�ranee

it shall be unftlawfal for any person, firm or corporation to use
dynamite or any other explosive in the Limits of the City of Little
Rock i1rithout f first obtaining a permit from the City Engineer, That
the City Engineer Ishall personally supervize the shooting of such
explosives; and that the person, firm or corporation receiving such
permit to use such explosives shall first deposit with the City

Clerk - bond of y f*0 to assure the is yment of all damages done
in useing any such explosives.

Section 2. Any person useing such explosives must cover the
orifice with timbers of sufficient width, length, and thickness
so as to prevent the fragments of rock, earth and debris from
dscendiaS into the air.
Section JOL Any Person firm or corporation violating any
provision of this "ordinance shall be fired in an_, sum not less
than and not more than A0se8'for each offense.

Section 44.0 A11 ordinances asst -carts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
