't�'CTION 1. "'hat the Board of Public Affairs be

and is hereby granted permission and authorized to enter into -
a lease contract v °rith the 555 `'ire and :Service Co. , leasing
to the said company for a period of 25 years a strip of ;round
in Block 135, city of Little Rock, wrest of the City Light
'lant and adjoining the Iron Mountain Switch, upon v hich will
be located a gasolene storage tank and warehouse that uhall be
of sufficient capacity to serve the city's needs; the conditions
and other details of the said lease contract shall be incor-
porated therein and such as having been recomiended and agreed
upon by the Oitla -�epresentative$ .
ECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance
shall take affect from and after its passage.
