AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $100.00 TO ROY VANESS RMIXEIREM

and PARK LARGE, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROOK:
SECTION1. That the sum of $100.00 be, and the same
is hereby appropriated out of any moneys in the general fund
not otherwise appropriated for the purpose of paying Roy
Vaness for the less of a horse falling through the street
into a sewer; and the Jdayor and City Clerk are hereby
authorized and direct to draw the City's warrant for the
sum of '100.00 made payable to Roy Vaness and at such maturity
as in their disorection is for the best interest for the city.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect from and
after its passage.
