AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $4500 eR
AS MUCH THEREOF AS 14AY BE NECESSARY
FOR THE PURPOSE OF PURCHASING EIGHT
FORD TRUCKS AND BODIES FOR THE STREET
DEPARTMENT, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES..
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK.
SECTION 1. That the sum of $4500, or as much thereof
'as may be necessary, be, and the same is hereby, appropriated
lout of any monies in the street fund not otherwise appropriated
;for the purpose of ;urchasing eight Ford Trucks and Bodies to be
used by the Street Department and the Mayor and City Clerk are
h_:reby authorized and directed to issue the Cityls warrant or
warrants for the total sure of $4500 or as much thereof as may
be necessary, payable to the lowest bidder for the sale of the
said trucks and bodies or either, with,m turf at such date as
in their discression may be for the be pgpet -yee city.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be
!enforced from and after its passage.
