Be it ordained by the City Council of the City of Little mock
Arkansas. '
Section 1. That permission is hereby given to the Arkanza,
Central Power Company to install an underground storage tank,
not to exceed 1100 gallons, together with the pump for
filling automobile trucks, on the sidewalk at the south -west
corner of Garland Avenue and :arch street. Tr:is inst 111ation for
the private t,se and convenience of the above ment '; -ned con.pa.ny only
and not for the ;public sale of gasoline.
Section 2. All installations rust be made in accordance
with instructions and re uirernents of the ;'upt. of Public
Works of the city of Little Rock.
Section 3. That Ordinance h o. 3156 passed i =pril 9th, 19LO* , .
is hereby repealed only in so far as it Conflicts with this ,D
