HomeMy WebLinkAbout32394 `r , s ORD IYANCE NO . 3?,�i' 9 nce assessing the v'-:ilue of the benefits received by the owners of the several blocks, lots and parcels of land situated within Street Improvement District No.338 of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas: WIE -YEAS, the majority in value of the property holders owning property adjoining the locality to be affected and situated ,-within Street Improvement District No. 338, of the City of Little Rock, = irkansas, organized for the purpose of paving; the streets set out in the petition, have petitioned the Council of the City of Little Rock for the construction of said improvements and that the cost thereof shall be assessed upon the real property of said district, according to benefits received, and `WIEMAS, said benefits received by each and every block, lot and parcel of real property, railroad and railroad rights of gray, situated in said district equals or exceeds the local assess- ment thereon; and, iHEII�AS, the estimated cost of said improvement is X41,350 and the assessed benefits amount to $69,562. TICREFO_RE, it is now ordained by the City Council of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas; Section 1.
