E. KNOWLTON9 AND APPROPRIATING THE SUFI OF $1300.00 TO WILLIE
E. KNOVVLTON, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY C OJNCI L OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK;
Seoti on 1. That the mayor and City Clerk be, and they are hereby,
authorized and directed to to accept a deed to Lots 1, 2 and 3,
Block 23, Capitol Hill Extension Addition, to the City of Little_
Rock, from the owners thereof, and *key are authorized and directed
to execute the City's deed to the West Fifty Feet of Lits 5 and 6,
Block 8, A3asonic Addition to the City of Little Rock, to Wiliie E.
Knowlton,
Section 2. The sum of $1300.00 is hereby appropriated out of any
ftmitmoneys in the General Revenue Fund, not other wise appropriated,
for the purpose of paying the balance of the consideration in the
above exchange, and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and
directed to draw the City's warrant for the sum of :1300.00, made
payable to Wille E. Knowlton, and at such maturity as in their
discretion may be for the bast interest of the City.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its passage,
