BE IT ORDAINEL. , BY TIIr: CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
Section 1. That the sum of .1'2339.08 be and the same is hereby
ppropriated out of any moneys in the General Revenue Fund not
otherwise appropriated fortre purpose of paying the fi= of. Gannett,
Seelye & Fleming, Consulting engineers, for services rendered as
per contract after the expiration of five days Oof hearings in the
I
Arkansaw dater Company rate case, and the I ayor and City Clerk are
authorized and directed to draw the city's warrant for the sum of
X2339.08 made payable to Gannett, Seelye & Fleming and at such
maturity as in their discretion is for the best interest of the City.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
rom and after its passage.
