SECTION 1. l'hat the sum of 4290.00,or as much thereof
as may be necessary, be and the same is hereby appropriated out of
any money in the general revenue fund not otherwise appropriated, for
the purpose of purchasing one Marley Davidson motorcycle for the
lolice Depprtment, and the t,iayor and City clerk are hereby authorized
and directed to draw the city's warrant or warrants for the total
of X290.00 and with such maturity or maturities as they may deem
for the best interest of the city.
SECTIO. 2. This ordinance shall take etlect and be in full
force from and after its passage.
