.Z ORDINANCE LAYING OFF A PORTION OF TIP CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK INTO A S TRi ET IMPR OVEMk-NT DI STRI CT TO
BE KNOWN AS STREET IY -3RO EMSNT DISTRICT NO
AND DESIGNATING TIE BOUNDARIES THEREOF.
WHEREAS, more than ten owners of real property within
that portion of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, hereinafter
described, have petitioned the City Council to take steps toward
making the local improvements therein by forming the territory
hereinafter described into an improvement district for the purposes
hereinafter set out;
THEREFORE,, BE IT MDAITED BY TBE CITY COUNCIL OF TIE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
S1CTION 1: That said Improvement District No. of
the City of Little Rock be, and the same is,
established for the purpose of making local

in the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, in accordance with an act of
the General Assembly of the State of Arkansas entitled "An Act to
regulate local improvements in cities of the first class" approved
March 22nd, 1881, and amendments thereto; that the boundaries of
said district shall include the following property:
Lots 6, 7 and 8 of 1wio ck 402; Lots 1, 29 3, 6,
7, 8, 9 and 10 of Block 405; Lots 1 to 9 inclu-
sive of Block 406; the north half of Block 407;
Lots 1, 29 32 4 and 5 of Collin's Sub- division •
of Block 409; Lots 1, 21, 39 61, 79 89 9 and 10
of Block 410; all of Blocks 411 and 412;- Lots
4 to 9 inclusive of Block 413; all in Duval's
,Addition.
Lots 8 to 14 inclusive and Lot B of Block 404,
and Lot 2 of Block 405, all in Lincoln and
Zimmerman's Addition.
All that real property lying within 150 feet
north of the north proo-,rty line of East 21st
Street from the east line of Lincoln and Zim-
merman's Addition to the west property line of
Barber Avenue, and all that real property lying
within 150 feet south of the south property line
of Last 21st Street from the east line of Duval's
Addition to the west property line of Barber Avenue.
SEICTION 2: That all ordinances or pests of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall
take effect and be in force from and after its passage and the City
Clerk is hereby ordered within twenty days from the date of its
?passage to publish the s=ame in some newspaper published in the City
of Little mock for one insertion.
