BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUBCIL OF THL; CIT'f OF LITTIE ROCK,

Section 1. That the sum of Seven Hundred and Fort$r dollars or
as much thereof as spay be necessary, be, and the same is hereby
appropriated out of any rnoneys in the Street Fund not otherwise
appropriated, for the payment of Seven Hundred and Forty Dollars,
the difference in exchange of one Dodge Roadster Automobile now
the property of the Street Department of the City of Little Rock,
for a. mw Dodge Roadster Aut omobile to be used by the Street
Department, and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
and directed to issue the city's warrant or warrants for the
total sum of Seven Hundred and Forty Dollars or as much thereof
as may be necessary, payable to the S. R, Thorns Automobile Coea-
pany, the lowest bid der for the sale of said automobile, with
maturity at such a date as in their discretion may be to the
best interests of the city.
Seetii 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be i» force
from and after its passage.
