BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OL THE CITY CE L ITTL' ROCZ.
SECTION 1. That section 1 C32yHale's Digest of
City Ordinances of the City* of Little Rock be, and the
same is hereby amended by adding to said section the follow
ing provision: "Provided, that where such person, firs or
corporat =ion engages in, exercises or pursueu the avocat'_,n,
business or otherwise disposing of periodical or pre
stamps within the city of Little Rock as aN avocation,
business or enterprise shall pay an annual license of 020 a0°
in advance.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect from
and after its passage.
