INAME APPROPRIATING TTIM SUM OF X10.00 TO MRS.
DE V %HYTE AS REFUND ON AUTOMOBILE LICTIMSES, AND

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF HE CITY OF LIT'IME ROC X:
Section 1. That the sum of $10.00 be, and the same is
hereby appropriated out of #kKx5k mi& any moneys in the
Street Fund, not otherwise appropriated, for the purpose of
refundidt automobile licenses of 1922 and 1923 to Mrs. Gertrude
7.7hyte, who lives outside of the city limits, and the Mayor
and City Clerk are hereby directed to draw the City's warrant
for the sum of $10.00, made payable to Mrs. Gertrude Vtihyte
and at such maturity as in their discretion is for the best
interest of the City.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect from and
after its passage.
