sus, as hereinafter described, have petitioned the City Council
to take steps toward ma.kin,- local imm)rovements therein by form-
ing the territory hereinafter described into a n I,-provement Dis-

Section 1. That Street Improvement '%istrict
1o. 362 of t_.e City of little dock, Arkansas, be, and the same
is here y, created and established for the purpose of ma'ing
local im rovements therein by grading, draining, curbing, `,utter-
ing and paving, in such n-anner and with such materials as the
Con-r?issioners of said Dist -,ict shall determi_ze to be for the
best interest,: of tir -e District, the fo7lor ring streets lying with-
ill the City, to-wit:

^hat the boundaries of said District shall be,
and include the following property lying within the City, to -wit:

east of the east property line, and all that real property lying
within one hundred and fifty feet west of the 7,vest property line,
of Izarrd Street from the south - property line of Fourteenth Street
to the north property line of '"venty -third Street: _11so, all
that real property, not included above, lying within one hundred
and fifty feet north of the north property line, and all that real
property, not included above, lying within one hundred and fifty
feet south of the south property line, of Twenty- second Street
from the east property line of Izard Street to the , ?,rest property
line of State Street.
Section 2. 7_7.1at all ordinances and parts of
ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this
ordinance shall tike effect and be in force f.-om and after its
passage, and the City Clerk is hereby ordered within twenty days
from the date of its passage to publish the same, for one inser-
tion, in sore ne.,rspaper published in the City cif Tattle lock.
