ORDINANCE NO. 3272.
AN ORDINANCE LAYING OFF A CERTAIN PORTION OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, INTO A
LOCAL 1121' OVEMTT DISTRICT AVID DESIGNATING
THE BOUNDS TH.h?EOF , SAID DISTRICT TO BE KNOWN
AS "STREET IMPROVEILENT DISTRICT N0. 3640F THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCZ, ARKA14SAS."

within the bounds herein mentioned have petitioned the
Uity council of the city of Little Rock, Arkansas, to
take steps looking toward the making of local improve-
ments therein by grading, draining, curbing, guttering and
paving in such manner and with such materials as the
commissioners of said district shall determine to be
for the best interests of the district, the following

SECTION 1. That "Street Improvement District Sao. 364
of the City* of Little Rock-, Arkar -Bas," be and the same hereby
is created, laid out and established for the purpose of
making local improvements therein by grading, draining,
curbing, guttering and paving in such manner and with such
:materials as the commissioners of said district shall
determine to be for the best interests of the district, the

following street, to-wit: Rosetta Street from the south
property line of i,Sarkham Street to the north property
line of nest Capitol Avenue, in accordance with an Act
of the General. Assembly of the State of Arkansas entitled
"An Act To Regulate The Manner of Assessing meal Property
For Local Improvements In Cities of. the First and Second
Class," approved March 22, 1881, and amendments thereto.
Section 2. That the district hereby created,
laid ou t and es11-ablish ed shall include that pcc tion of the
City of Little Rock embraced within the boundaries herein
described, as f ollmvs: All that real property lying
within 150 feet east of the east property line, and
all that real property lying within 150 feet west of
the west property line, respectively, of Rosetta
Street from the south property line of Markham Street
to the north property line of West Capitol Averse.
Section 3. That ail ordinances and parts of
ordinances in conflict with this ordinance are hereby
repealed and this ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage and publication; and the
City Clerk is hereby ordered within twenty days from the
passage of this ordinance to publish same in some news-
paper of general circulation in the City of Little Rocs,
Arkansas, for one insertion.
