BE IT ORDAINED BY ThE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK':
SECTION 1. The Interstate Amusement Company is hereby grant-
ed permission to erect a canopy over the sidewalk along the front of
the Yajestic Theatre Building on I.Iain Street, between Eighth and
Ninth Streets, in accordance with plans and specifications approved
by the City Engineer.
SECTIO14 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after the date of its passage.
