'=117EAS, ten or more owners of real property within that portion
of the City of Little Hock, Arkansas, hereinafter described have
petitioned the Council of the City of Little Pock, iirkansas, to take
steps toward the making of local improvements therei by grading,
draining, curbing, guttering and laying of water and sevier pipes and the
repairing or removing of curbing, guttering, sewer and water pipes and
drainage openings on Markham Street lyin . between the yrest line of
Ridgeway and the east line of Cedar Street and Crystal Avenue between
the north line of Markham street and the east line of Court street,
and TLaple street between the North line of llarll-iam street and the
south line of Crystal avenue.

of Little Rock, Arkansas:
Section 1. That Curb, Gutter and Grading Improvement District
No. 368 of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, be and the same is
hereby created and established for the purpose of grading, draining,
curbing, guttering and laying of water and sewer pipes and the repair-
ing or removing of curbing, guttering, seder and vrater pipes and drain-
age openings:
Ylarkham street lying between the west line of Ridgeway and the
east line of Cedar street and Crystal avenue between the north line of
Markham street and the eas G line of Court street and Maple street be-
tween the north line of Markham street and the south line of Crystal
civenue .
In accordance with the Act of the Genes °al Assembly of the estate of
.rhansas entitled "An Act to liegulate the I.anner of Assessing Real
Property for L= l Improvements in Cities of First and Second Class,"
,approved March 22nd, 1881, and amendments thereto.
Section 2. That the district hereby created, laid off and
established shall include that portion and only that portion of the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas, hereby desiLnL ted, as follows:
Block 1, and Lots
Block 2, C.H. Taylor's Addition; Lots 1,2,3,4,5,6, Block 1, and Lots

And all the real property so described shall compose said
district and shall be subject to the provisions of this ordinance.
Section 3. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall take
effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication
and the clerk of the City of Little Dock is hereby ordered (ITithin t -wenty
days from the passage of this ordinance, to publish the same in some
newspaper of general circulation published in the County of Pulaski,
for one insertion.
