Vl'EREAS, ten or more owners of real property within that
]portion of the City of Little Rock, Lrkansas, hereinafter described
have petitioned tile Council of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, to
take steps toward the making; of local improvements therein by paving
with concrete base and asphaltic surface Markham Street lying between
the west line of Ridgeway and the east line of Ceder Street, and
Crystal :venue betvieen the north line of Markham Street and the east
line of Court Street, and Vlaq le Street between the Forth line of
Markham Street and the south line of Crystal Avenue.
NOW, TIEFZ -YORE, Be it Ordained by the City Council of the City
of Little Rock, 1= rkansas :
Section 1. That Street Improvement District No.369 of the City
of Little Rock, Arkansas, be and the same is hereby created and
established for the purpose of paving with concrete base and asphaltic
surface:
Markham Street lyin [2; between the west line of Ridgeway and the east
line of Cedar Street, and Crystal :..venue between the north line of
l?arkhL +m Street and the east line of Court Street and Ilaple Street be-
tween the North line of Markham Street and the South line of Crystal
Avenue, in accordance with the Act of the General :assembly of the State
of LL1'rkansas entitled "An Act to regulate the 1 inner of Assessing Real
Property for Local Improvements in Cities of the first and Second Class,"
approved I; arch 22nd, lt881, and amendments thereto.
Section 2. That the District hereby created, laid off and
established shall include that portion and only that portion of the City*
of Little Rock, Arkansas, hereby designated as follows:

And all the real property so described shall compose said district
and shall be subject to the provisions of this ordinance.
section 3. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall take effect and
be in force from and after its passage and publication and thie clerk of
the City of Little Rock is hereby ordered, within twenty days from
the passage of this ordinance to publish the same in some newspaper
of general circulation published in the County of Pulaski, -for one
insertion.
