Section 1. That the sum of be and the same i-
hereby apppopriated out of any moneys in the General Revenue
Fund, not otherwise appropriated, for the purpose of paying
the City's share of fee due J. E. 11artineau for services
rnadered as Special Master in the ',Dater Rate Case, and the
�dayor and City Clerk are directed to draw the City's warragt

for the sum of mado payable to J. E. Piartineau and
with such maturity as in their discretion is for the best in-
terest of the City.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take e_'feet f om and
after its passage.
