Section 1. That the sum of $520.00 be and the same is-here
Appropriated at bf any moneys in the General Revenue Fund, not
otherwise appropriated, for the purpose of payinn the ?Rose City
Realty C o. for burial lots for Luther C. Hay and George r,Tonre,
detectives killed in line of duty; and the Mayor and City Clerk are
hereby authorized and directed to dr w the ci.ty's warrant in the
amount of $520.00, made payable to the ?Rose City R6al4y Co, and at
such maturity as in their discretion may be for the best interest
of the city..
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect from and
after its passap•e.
