';itHER�S , more than ten owners of real property
within the bounds herein mentioned have petitioned the
City Council of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, to
take steps looking toward the making of local improvements
therein by grading, draining, curbing, guttering and
paving in such manner and with such materials as the
commissioners of said district shall determine to be
for the best interests of the district, the following
streets: Pulaski Street from the south property line
of Sixteenth Street to a point three hundred feet
south of the south property line of Twenty- fourth
Street; and Twenty- Second Street from the east property
fine of High Street to the west property line of Cross

Section 2. That the District hereby created,
laid out and established shall include that portion
of the city of Little =dock embraced within the boundaries
herein described, as folloiM, to -wit. All that real
property lying within 150 feet east of the east
property line, and all that real property lying within
150 feet west of the arrest property line, respectively,
of Pulaski Street from the south property line of
Sixteenth Street to a point three hundred feet south
of the south property line of Twenty- fourth Street,
and all that real property lying within 150 feet north
of the north property line, and all that real property
lying within 150 feet south of the south property
line, respectively, of ''went-- second Street from the

Section 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
