ORDINANCE NO. 3307
An Ordinance Levying the Assessments Upon the Blocks, Lots and
Parcels of Land in Curb, Gutter & Storm Sewer District No. 277 of the
City of Little Rock, 1%rkansas.

BE IT ORDAINED BY TIC CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
Whereas, a majority in value of the property owners owning prop-
erty adjoining the locality to be affected and situate in Curb, Gutter
Storm 3e-wer District No. 277 of the City of Little Rock, organized
for the purpose of constructing curbs, gutters and storm sewers within
said district, have petitioned the Council of the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, for the construction of said improvement and that the cost
thereof shall be assessed upon the real property of said district, ac-
cording to the benefits received; and,
"ihereas, said benefits received by each and every block, lot and
parcel of real property situate in said district equals or exceeds the
local assessment thereon; and,

Therefore, It is Now Ordained by the City Council of the City of Little
Dock:
That said several blocks, lots and parcels of real property in
said district be assessed according to the assessment list for said im-
provement district as the same now remains in the office of the City
Clerk, and that aper cent of the assessed benefits on each of said
blocks, lots and parcels oy land shall be paid annually, on or before
the � day of September of each year, until the whole of said local
assessment shall be paid.
