BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
SECTIM 1. It is hereby made the duty of all persons erect-
ing any kind of buildings within the City of Little Dock to screen all
basement openings in said buildings in such manner as to make same

rat - proof.
SECTION 2. It shall be the duty of the owners of all build=
ings now in the City of Little Rock to screen: all basement openings
in such manner as to make the same rat- proof.
SECTION 3. Any person violating any of the provisions of
this ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor
SECTION 4. All ordinances and parts /of ordinances in con-
flict herewith are hereby repealed and thin ordinance shall take ef-
fect and be in force from and after
