BE IT ORDAI1ED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK:
SECTION 1. The Arkansas Central Power Company is hereby
required to pave with concrete that portion
of Gar-
land Avenue from Chester Street to Victory Street, and that
portion of Victory Street from Garland Avenue to Markham Street
embraced within its tracks and two feet on each side thereof
with concrete.
SECTION 29 This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
