Section 1. That "Street Improvement District

Section 2. 'ghat the District hereby created,
laid out and established shall include that :portion of the
City, of Little '.Rock, Aransas, described, as follows,
to-wit:

Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6, in block 12;
Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6, in block 13;

Lots 2, 39 49 5, 61 71 8, 90 10 and 11, in block 6;
All of blocks 11, 14, 19, 15, 7, 8 and 9;
Lots 1 to 12 inclusive in ;ub- division block 10;
Lots 4, 50 61 79 8, 99 109 11 and 12, in block 2;
rots 59 V, 71 8, 9 and 10, in block 1;
Lots 1, 2, 39 10, 11 aria 12, in blocs. 16;

City of Little Rock, rulaski County, Arkansas;

repealed and this ordinance shall take effect and be in

the passage of this ordinance to publish swre in some
nevispaper of general circulation in the city of Little
hook, Art-ansas, for one insertion.
