Section 1. ':hat all signs that are now located in such a mian-
ner that they extend completely across any street from curb
line to curb line or from: property line o property line on any
street within the boundaries of the City of Little bock, ;rk-
ansas, are hereby prohibited.
Section 2. That all signs that are now located in sucha
manner that they extend completely across any street from curb
line to curb line or from property lil.e to property line on
any street boundaries of the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, the same be and are hereby ordered reiooved from
across all streets upon which they are now located, on or
before Jt.nuary 1st, 1925.
Section 3. The City Clerk and the City Engineer are hereby
authorized and directed to serve notice upon thQ owners of all
signs of such character After the publication of this or-
dinance, said notice to be in the form of an exact copy of this
ordinance.
Section 4. That any person, firm or corporation who. shall
violate or who shall fail to conform tc the re quirer.-:ent s of
t',is ordinance shill be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall
be subject to a fine of not less than `iwenty -f ive nor more
than One Hundred ;Dollars and each and every day's continuous
violation of this ordinance shell be deer_ied a separate o- .`.

Section 5. All ordinances and parts of ordinances i.i con-
flict heretaith are hereby repealed.
