AND FCR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT 01- MLIF1.D BY THE CITY COIZTCIZ OF THE CITY OF TIT -TLE ROCK_;
Section 1. That herdafter when any house, building or structure
shall be burned or destroyed by fire within the limits of the City
of Little Rock, it shall be the duty of the owner of the ground on
which said building, house or structure stood, to remove all debris
from the premises within thirty days after the fire; provided, that
in case of any insurance adjustment the thirty days shall begin_
from the date of the investigation or appraisement made by the
insurance company or companies.
Section 2. Any person violating any rnovi si ons of th, is ordinam e
shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and punished by fine not
to exceed X10.00, and each day's failure to remove such debris after
the thirty d;_,ys shall constitute a separate offense.
Section 3. This o--dina_.ce shall tame effect and 'be in full
force Proms and after its pas -age.
