THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:

iMREAS, by Ordinance No 3321 of the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas, passed on September 10th, 1923, duly approved by
the Mayor, attested by the City Clerk and published on the 15th
day of September, 1923, the City Council levied an annual assess-
ment of nine per cent of the assessed values of benefits in the
Izard Street Annex to Street Improvement District No. 302; and
VMREAS it now appears that it will be necessary to
increase said annual levy to ten per cent per annum,
THEREFORE IT IS 11071 ORDAINED BY TH✓ CITY CO-UNCIL OF
TIE, CITY OF TITTLE ROCK, ARIUNSAS :
SECTION 1: That Section 1 of Ordinance No. 3321 of
the ordinances of the City of Little Rock be amended to read as
follows:
"SECT 10 1: That the said several blocks, lots,
and parcels of real property within said Izard Street Annex
to Street Improvement District No. 302 be, and they are hereby
assessed according to the assessment list for said Izard Street
Annex, as the same now remains in the office of the City Clerk
of the City of Little Rock, and as the same may be annually re-
adjusted by the Board of Assessors and that ten (10) per cent
of said assessment of the value of the benefits of each of said
block -s, lots and parcels of land shall be paid annually on or
before the first day of November of each year until the whole
of said assessment shall have been paid. The first annual pay-
ment shall be made on or before the first day of November, 1923."
3CTIOI1 2: That all ordinances or parts of
ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this
ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage,
