AN ORDI11UTCE ASSESSING THE VALUE OF THE
BENEFITS TO BE RECEIVED BY TIM O 7NERS OF
EACH OF THE SEVERAL LOTS, BLOCKS, PARCELS
OR OTHER SUB - DIVISION OF REAL PROPERTY
WITHIN STREET ILIPROV E EMT DISTRICT NO. 351,
OF THE CITY OF LITTL1 ROCK, ARTLUdSAS.
WHEREAS, a majority in value of the owners of real
property owning real property adjoining the locality to be
affected and situated within Street Improvement District No.
351 of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, organized for the
purpose of doing the necessary grading, draining, curbing,
guttering and paving in such manner and with such materials
as the commissioners of said District shall determine to be
for the best interests of the District, the streets set out
in their petition, have petitioned the City Council of the
City of Little Rock for the construction of said iiAprovements
and the cost thereof shall be assessed u9on the real property
within said District accor ing to the benefits received;
WH6EREAS, the benefits received by each and every
lot, block, parcel or ether sub - division of real property
situated within said District equals or exceeds the local
assessment thereon; and
WHEREAS$ the esti sated cost of said improvement
is 0952140.659
NOI, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAITTED by the City Council
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas:
SECTION 1: That the said several lots, blocks,
parcels or other sub- divisionsof real property within said
Street Improvement District No. 351 be, and they are hereby,
assessed according to the assessment list for said Street
Improvement District as the same now remains in the office

NOI, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAITTED by the City Council
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas:

Street Improvement District No. 351 be, and they are hereby,
assessed according to the assessment list for said Street
Improvement District as the same now remains in the office

of the City Clerk of the City of Little Rock, and as the
same may be Annually re- adjusted by the Board of Assessors,
and that 6 -2/3 per centum of said assessments of the value
of the benefits on each of said lots, blocks, parcels or
other sub - divisions of real property in said District shall
be paid annually on or before the ..lst day of December of
each year until the whole of said assessment shall have been
paid.
The first annual payment shall be made on or
before the lst .IV o..L Decerzberi 1923,
SECTION II: That 41 ordinances or parts of
ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this
ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage,
