An Ordinance Assessing the Value of the Benefits eceived by the
0uners of the Several Blocks, Lots and Parcels of Land Situated
Within Grc. ding, Curb and Gutter Ir.7provement District Tdo.368 of
the City of Little jock, Arkansas.
VM- 1 EAS, The majority in value of the property holders owning
property adj ci ning the locality* to be affected and si tuateu rvi trlin
Grading, '�%urb and Gutter Improvement District No.368 of the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas, organized_ for the purpose of grading, draining,
curbing, guttering and laying of water and sewer pipes and the repairing
or removing of curbing, guttering, sealer anti water pipes and drainage
o-penings in and on the streets set out in the petition, have petitioned
the Council of the "Jity of Little Rock for the construction of said
improvement and that the cost thereof shall be assessed upon the
real property of said district according to benefits received; and,
WIMPEAS, Said benefit:: received by each and ever,, block, lot and
parcel of real property, railroad and railroad rights of way situated
in said district, equal or e.:ceed the local assessment thereon; and,
VIHEREAS, The estimated cost of said improvement is J�;�2b,433 and

the assessed benefits amount to4C,731.
THEM] Off, It is Now Ordained by the City Council of the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas;
Section 1. That the several blocks, lots and parcels of real prop-
erty situated in said Grading, Curb and Gutter Improvement District
17o.36Z be assessed according to the assesarzent list for said improvement
district, as the same now remains in the office of the city clerk of
said City of Little Rock, rkansa2, and as the sane may be annually
readju�:ted by the Board of Assessors and that ten percentum of said
assessment of the valu° of benefits to each of said blocks, lots and
parcels of land, railroads and railroad rie;hts of vlay shall be paid on
or before the first day of February in each of the years, 1924, 1y2`5,
and 1926 and nine percentum of said assessment shall be paid on or
before the first clay of : 'e b rU .ry in each of the years 1927, and 1928

and eight percentun of Said assessment shall be paid on or before
the first day of 2ebruary in each of the years 1929, 1930, 1931,
1932 and 1933, until the whole of said assessr_ient sl -.11 have been
paid.
Section 2. That all ordinances or farts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance snail be
in full force ana effect from and after its passaLe.
