:section 1. That all hitching and other posts unnecesary and un-
used or. i.:ain street fror^, I1`.arkham street to Tenth street, the same
be and are hereby declared a nuisance and ordered removed within
thirty days after the passage of this ordinance.
Section 2. That the City Lngineer is hereby authorized and
directed to notify the owners of property on LL'ain street frora
?.iarkham to Tenth street, to remove within thirty days after the
passage of this ordinance, all unnecessary, unused and unsightly
posts in front_cf their property.
Section 3. That any person, firm or corporation who shell fail
to comely with. any of the provisions of this ordinance, shall be
deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction be fined in any
SUM of not less than Five Dollars nor more than Twenty -five Dol-
lars and each and every days continuous violation of this ordi-
nance shall be deemed a separate offence.
Section 4. ,111 ordinances and 'Parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed.
