BE IT ORDA11ED BY ThE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE; ROCK.
Section 1: Arch Street from Markham to 7th Street is now being paved
and as the future growth of Little Rock will demand a fire
hydrant at the northwest corner of Arch and Second Streets, the
Arkensaw Water Company is hereby directed to irmLediately install
an eight (8 ") inch water main in Arch Street from Ylarkham to
Third Street and to install a Standard Ludlow Fire Hydrant
on the northwest corner of arch and Second :streets.
Section 2: This extension and hydrant is ordered in accordance with
Section 8 of Ordinance No. 3290, passed August 13, 1923.
Section 3: A11 ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall take
effect and be in force from and after its passage.
