AN ORDINANCE, Annexing a Certain 2oxtion Hereinafter Described, of
the City of Little Jock, Arkansas, to Street Improvement Dis-
trict No. 315 of Lit ale Rock, Arkansas.
„HERTUS, persons claiming to be a majority in value of the
om,ners of Yeal property within the territory hereinafter described,
which property adjoins Street Improvement District No. 315 of Tit-
tle Rociti, Arkansas, a duly created and existing improvement dis-
trict in said city, desire to be fdded to and included in said im-
;JYovement district, and have filet a petition with the City Coun-
:il of the City of ',little Rock, Arkansas, praying that said terri-
tory be annexed to said improvement district and have designated
the nature of the improvement to be undertaken, and have describ-
ed the territory to be annexed, and,

owners !ithin said territory to appear before this Council on this
day and show cause for or against such annexation, and

THE3EFOJE, be it ordained by tree .Iity ;ouncil of the City of
Little Hock, Arkansas:
Section 1. That this Council has ascertained that the sign-
ers of the petition to anne.. the property hereinafter described
to Street I- provement District No. 315 of the City of Little Nock,
Arkansas, constitute a ma jority in value of the owners of real
propertyv,ithin the territory sough'.- to be annexed, ancL the

said petition for the annexation of s,,�,id territory is in due form
and properly signed by a majority of the otiiner: of real property
as required by lace.
Section 2. That the real property embraced within the fol-
lowing described boon& ivies or lilies: BELEGINITING at a point on
the South line of r.`est Seventh Street, 150 feet East of the Last
line of Iolt'e Street; Thence South and parallel to the East l -ne
of Wolfe Street to the North line of V°Ixight Avenue; Thence Viest
alonFf the North line of 114Yight "venue to a point 1.130 feet lest
of the test line of Wolfe Street; Thence 'North parallel to the
Rest line of t'liolfe Street to the South lire of West Seventh Street;
Thence East along the South line of West Seventh Street to the
point of beginning; � City of Little Bock, Pulaski County, ,Irkansas,
be, ana it is hereby aadea to and annexed to Street Improvement
District No. 15 of Little '3ock and is a part of said improvemf:nt
aistr ict and the commissioners of said district shall proceed to
male the improvements petitioned for by doing the necessary grsd-
ing, cirbining, curbing, guttering and paving with sheet asphalt,
warrenite- bitulithic or brick and in the manner that the commiss-
ioners of Street Improvement District No. -15 shall deem to be
for the best interest of the territory hereby annexed to said Street
Improvement District No. 315 on Wolfe ;street from the South line of
V.,est Seventh Street to the North line of Wright Avenue. That said
annexed territox -, shall be k iowTn as the Wolfe Street Annex to Street
Improvement District '1o. T=15 of Little Boc'., Arkansas.
Section 3. ThEit the commissioners shall make the 4ssessment
of benefits for said improvement on the Tote in the territory to
be ennexeu oil the some basis es if said territory was included in
the original district and shall file s.: id assessment v�rith the City
Clerk.

within twenty days efter the passage of this ordinance to publish
