BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LI'TT'LE ROCK, ARZANSAS:
Section 1. That section 1 of Ordinance No. 3307
levying the assessments upon the blocks, lots and parcels.
of land in Curb, Gutter & Storm Sewer District No. 277
of the Cit-; of Little Rock, Arkansas, passed by the City
Council of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, on August
13th, 1923, be, and the same hereby is, amended to read,
as follows:
"Section 1. That said several blocks, lots and
parcels of real property in said district be assessed
according to the assessment list for said improvement
district as the same now remains in the office of the
City Cler , and that six and trio- thirds (6 -2%3) per cent
of the assessed benefits on each of said blocks, lots
and parcels of land shall be paid in 1923, ter, (10) per
cent thereof shall be paid in 1924, ten (10) per cent
thereof shall be paid in 1925, nine and one -half (9 -1/2)
per cent thereof shall be paid in 1926, nine and one -half
(9 -1/2) per cent thereof shall be paid in 1927, nine (9)
per cent thereof shall be paid in 1926, nine (9) per cent
thereof shall be paid in 1929, nine (9) per cent thereof
shall be paid in 1930, nine (9) per cent thereof shall be
paid in 1931, nine (9) per cent thereof shall be paid in
1.932 and nine (9) per cent thereof shall be paid in 1933,
on or before the first day of September of each year
respectively, until the whole of said local assessment
shall be raid."
