AN ORNIN ANC E ASSESSING THE VALUE OF BENEFITS TO BE
RECEIVED BY EACH OF THE SI'V:AL BLOCKS, LOTS AND
PARCELS OF LAND `WITHIN MIGHT AVENUE AN??EK TO STREET
UD?_:OVM,NT DISTRICT NO. 325, OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS.
MR AS, the majority in value of the property holders
owning property adjoining the locality to be affected and situated
in - Wright Avenue Annex to Street Improvement District No. 325 of
the City of Little hock, Arkansas, organized for the purpose of
making local improvements therein by grading, draining, curbing,
guttering and paving in such manner and vdth such materials as
the commissioners of said District shall determine to be for the
best interests of said Annex, have petitioned the City Council of
the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, for the construction of said
improvements and that the cost thereof shall be assessed upon the
real property of said Annex according tD the benefits received; and,
-MERI AS, said benefits received by each and every block,
lot and parcel of real property situated in said Annex equals or
exceeds the local assessment thereon; and,
.iHERE'AS, the estimated cost of said improvement is
Fifteen Thousand Five Hundred Twenty -three and 35100 0;15,523.35)
Dollars; therefore,
By IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUIICIL OF THE CI`T'Y OF
TITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the said several blocks, lots and
parcels of real property in said - ouright Avenue Annex to Street
Improvement District IJo. 325 of the City of Little hock, Arkansas,
be and they are hereby assessed according to the assessment list
for said Wright Avenue Annex to Street Improvement District Igo. 325
of the City of Little .lock, Arkansas, as the same nova remains in
the office of the CityClerk of Little Rock, Arkansas, and that
six and tiro- thirds per centum (6 -23/3 o) on each of said blocks,
lots and parcels of real property- all be paid annually on or
before the 15th day of =fie erlber ^9 ea hjgr until the
whole of said assessment shall have been paid.
Section 2.
That all
ordinances or
parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith
are hereby
repealed and
this ordinance shall
take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
