AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF FIVE THOUSAND
DOLLARS FOR THE PURPOSE OF AIDING STREET Il PROVElfIFNT DISTRICT
NO. 356 OF THE CITY OF LITTL7; ROCK,
BE I1' ORDAI14ED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OP THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:

SEC. 1. That the sum of $5000.00 be and same is hereby
appropriated out of any monies in the street fund not otherwise
a oropriated for the purpose of aiding Street Improvement District
1`10. 356 of the City of Little Roca, and the 11ayor and City Clprk
fire hereby directed to draw the City's warrant for the stmt of
05000.00 made payable to the Commissioners of sF-id District and
with such maturity as in their discretion may be for the best
interest of the City.
SEC. 2. This ordinance shall take effect from and
after its passage.
