REAR OF LOT 3, BLOCK 1569 OF TH.',' CITY OF LITTLE ROCK ID FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.

Section 1. Thatpi ermission is hereby given to ";'.H. Campbell
to erect a frame building,not to exceed in size 14 x 14 feet9
over the sidewalk on the west side of Sherman street at its
intersection with 13th street the same to be constructed
under the supervision and approval of the City Engineer.
Section 2. That W.H. Campbell agrees to pay in advance to
the City of Little Rock the sum of twenty five ( 25.00 ) Dollars
per year f or the use of this property for the above mentioned
purpose.
Section 3. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
