Section 2. All rights of theit;r as such and as
representative of the public to that part of Confederate Boule-
vard first described in Section I of this Ordinance shall termi-
nate when the ovtmers of the land on the location last described
in Section I of this Ordinance 'cave executed and delivered to
the mayor of the City a deed conveying to the City for use as
at public street a right -of -way +bd feet wide for use as a
street across tiie strip of land lest described in Section I of
tlii s Ordinance.
Section 3. The foregoing Ordinance is passed for the
purpose of strai-htenino Confederate Boulevard at tie point last
described in Section I hereof.
Section 4. This Ordinance shall take effect on and
after its passage.
