& Gutter Improvement District No.368, of the City of Little Hock,
Arhansas.

thereof is
hereb;;
amended to read as follows:
Section 1: That the several blocks, lots and parcels of

real yoroperty situated in said A Improvement District No.368 be
assessed according to the assessment list for said improvement
district as the same now remains in the office of the City Clerk
of said City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and as the same may be
annually re- adjusted by the Board of Assessors and that ten
percentum of said assessment of the value of benefits to each
of said blocks, lots and parcels of lands, railroads and rail-
road rights of way shall be paid on or before the first day of
February in each of the years 1924 to 1933 inclusive, until the
Whole of said assessment shall have been Maid.
