Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Little
Hock that Ordinance Sections 1 and 2� thereof is
hereby amended to read as follows:
Section 1: That the several blocks, lots and parcels

be assessed according to the assessment list for said improvement
district as the same now remains in the office of the City Clerk
of said City of Little 'dock, Arkansas, and as the same may be
annually re- adjusted by the .Board of Assessors and that ten
percent -mq of said assessment of the value of benefits to each
of said blocks, lots and parcels of lands, railroads and rail-
road rights of way shall be paid on or be-fore the first day of
iiebruary in each of the years 19:;4 to 1933 inclusive, until the
v,holc, of said assessment shall have been paid.
Section 2: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are izerebo repealed and this ordinance shall
be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
