LIEUTENANT OF FIRE DEPARTIENT, WHO DIED NOV-
EMBER 16th, 1923, AND POR ; TEE -L PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED B` THE C I'_`Y COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF °:I TILE -:OCE :
SECTION 1. The sum of X65.00 be and the sale is
hereby appropriated out of any monies in the general revenue fund
not Otherwise appropriated for tae purpose of paying I:lrs. R. E.
Ra; *Mond, the balance of Nover..Iber salary that would have bell due
to =1. E. --3a.y-mond, 7 ieutenant of Fire Department of the city of
Little Rock, who died November 16th, 1923, and the Iayor and City
Clerk are h,:reby a: thorized • -ind directed to draw the city's
warrant for the suL_ of V 65.00, made na-able to Mrs. R. E. Raymond,
and with such maturity as in their discretion is for the best of
the dity's interests.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take eff�ect from
and after its pass:�ge.
