of a portion of the land for the new City Park and there are not
funds in hand for its payment; and,
:7hereas, Said warrant has been presented to the City and its
reissu�-,nce requested by the holder thereof; and,
'rerec.s, The City Council of the City of Little Rock has
examined all the facts relative to the indebtedness for which such
ti,arrant was issued and to the issuance of said warra -nt and has
found and does hereby find , ad udge and declare that said warrant
was duly and properly issued for a municipal purpose, and that the
Cit;r has received for such warrant at least the fF -.ce value thereof f,
