VI EREAS the Stewart - McGehee Construction Company, the
owners of Lot 7, Bloc': 1, Englewood Addition to the City of
Little Ljock, has deg} oa.ted the said lot to the public for use as
a public street and it is to the best interests of the city that
said dedication be accepted; now, therefore,
B' Ii 0RDAE4FD BY THE CITY COUNCIL OP THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
Section 1. That the dedication of the s€=.id lot mde
by deed of the Stewart- 1J11cGehee Construction Company, dated October
12, 1923, be, and. same is hereb;- accepted, and the said Lot sh all,
from and after this date, be a public street and highway and shall
be styled "R" Street, of S7hich it is an extension.
Sect ion 2. i ll or: in races and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall take
effect and be in force from and after its passaFre.
