BE IT ORLAINED BY T'E CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTI:&
SECTION 1. That the sum of $3112.21 be and the same
is hereby appropriated out of any moneys in the general revenue
fand not otherwise alonropriated, for the purpose of paying
Brandon, Gordon & - 14add.ell incidental expenses as Fiscal Agents

in securing funds with which to purchase',, lark Site, and the
M-)yor and City Clerk are hereby 6irected to draw the city's
warrant, or warrants, for the aggregate sum of $3112.21, made
payable to Brandon, Gordon & vdaddell, and with such maturity,
or maturities, as in their discretion is for the best interests
of the city.
SECTION 2. This ordinance sla ll take effect from and
after its passage.
