MAY 3, 1901, OF THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF
ARKANSAS, AND AMENMENTS THERETO.
BE IT ORDAI"ED BY THE CITY COUNCIL 00 TT?E CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, Ai=:KANSAS :
SECTION 1. The Commissioners of Sever Improvement
District No. 85 are hereby authorized and directed to
cause an adjustment of the assessments in said Sewer
Improvement District No. 85 as provided by Act No. 143
of the General Assembly of the State of Arkansas of the
date of May 3, 1901, together with the amendments there-
to, and cause said asse.:.sors to file the same with the
City Clerk of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and notice
of such adjustment to be made by publication as provided
by statute.
SECTION 2. That on adjustment of the assessment so made
there shall be collected for the pajment of the outstanding
bonded indebtedness of t e Dist a ict and interest items
acs.: ued curing the term of said District an arlount not to in
excess of one -half the re ular annual assessment now collected
therein b�V the City Collector €after cue ,notice by' publication
in the usual form.
SECTION 3. The oommiesioners of said Sewer Improvement
District No. 85 shall-, upon, receipt of said same, disb"rse
same in the liquidation of the bonded indebtedness of the
District and expenses incurred, and shall file thereai'ter
with the Clerk as provided by law the final report of the
matters ax,d accounts of --aid Sever Improvement District No
85, showing ti--e payment of all bonds issued, interest items
and other matters in connection t.T_ere..tith.
