SECTION 1. That the sum X269.50 be and the same is

hereby appropriated out of any money 8Anot otherivise appro-
priated fo -Y the purpose of paying Vol. J. Murphy for labor
and material for platitering five ceili gs and repairing galls
in the City Pars building, and the Llayor and City Cleric are
hereby directed to draw the City's warrant for the suns of
;269.50, made payable! to Vi. J. 1-lurphy, with such maturity
as in their discretion is to the best interest to the City.
SUCTION. 2. This ordinance shall ta'ce effect
from and after its passage.
