An Ordinance Appropriating 6Y3112.21 to Pay Printing, Legal and
Certain of the Incidental Expenses in Securing and ;quipping
Park Site, and for other purposes.
BE IT CRDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY 01 LITTLE ROCK:
Section 1. That the sum of $3112.21 be and the same
is hereby appropriated out of any money in the general revenue
fund not otherwise appropriated, for the purpose of paying print-
ing, legal and other incidental expenses heretofore accrued in se-
curing, improving and equipping the new City Park; and the Mayor
-,nd City Clerk are hereby directed to draw the city's warrant or
warrants, for the aggregate sum of X3112.21, in favor of

such persons to whom such sums may be due, making the maturities
of such warrants at such date as may in the discretion of the Iia. „Tor
and City Clerk be for the best interests of the City of Little Rock.
Section 2. such warrants, if any, as have heretofore
been issued under Ordinance No. 3396, passed .December 17, 1923,
are hereby validated in all respects, but as to any portion of the
aggregate appropriation in said Ordinance No. 3396 upon which war-
rants have not been issued, such portion of said appropriation is
hereby expressly annulled.
jection 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage.
