BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
Section 1. That the Board of Public Affairs be and it is hereby authors -,ed
and airected to entar into a contract with Pearse- Robinson, Park Designers and
Landscape Engineers of Chicago, Illinois and Des Moines, Iowa., for their services
in furnishing plans for the development of land now being acquired by the city
for park purposes in accoruance ,iith the terms o7 their agreement now do File
with the City Clerk.
Section z. This ordinLaice shall take effect from and after its passage.
