TO STRE::T IMPEOVEMENT DISTRICT 110. 315 OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCKS ARKANSAS.
V'MB :� LS, a majority of the owners of real property adjoining
the locality ti) be affected and situated within the Summit Avenue
and Eighteenth Street A..nex to Street Ir^provement District No.
315 of the City of Little Flock, Arkansas, said property being de-
scribed as follows:
Lots 21, 22, 23, 35, 36, 37, 38, 39 and 40, Block
33, Parish's Sub- division; Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6,
7, 8 and 9, Block 34; Lots 19, 20, 21, 28, 29, 30,
31, 32, 33, 34, 35 and 36, Bloc$ 42, Parish's Sub-
division; Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 16, 17
and 18, Block 43, all in Centennial Addition to the
Ci',y of Little Bock, Pulaski Cou_ity, Arkensas,
organized and annexed for the purpose of making local improvements
therein by doing the necessary dr fining and paving with ssph €;lt,
warrenite- bitulilhic or asphaltic concrete, on Summit Avenue from
the South line of Vest Seventeenth Street to the North line of
Tyight Avenue and Eighteenth Street from the Vest line of Battery
Street to the East line of Schiller Avenue, have petitioned the
city council of Little Bock for the construction of said improve-
ment arki that the cost thereof shall be assessed upon the real prop-
erty within said annexed territory acuordii.p to the benefits re-
ceived;
wHEBEAS, said benefits received by each and every block, lot
and parcel of real property situeted within said annexed territory
equals or exceeds the legel assessment thereon;
111HEBEAS, the estimated cost of said improvement, exclusive of
interest, is $21,914.36, which, together with the esti -gated cost of
the improvement in Street Improvement District No. 315 is les_- than
forty per cent (40;) of the velue of the real property in said dis-

trict No. 315, and the annexed territory combined, as shown by the
last county assessment; and is less than forty per cent (400) of
the value of the real property in said annexed territory, as shown
by the last county assessment;
THEIBBFOBE, IT IS NOT, 013LAINED BY THE CITY 'COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE HOCK, AMNSAS:
Section 1. That the said several blocks, lots and parcels of
real property within said Summit Avenue and Eighteenth Street An-
nexed territory to Street Improvement District No. 315, be, and they
are hereby assessed according to the assessment list for said Sum-
mit Avenue slid Eighteenth Street Annex to said Improvement District,
as the same now remains in the office of the city clerk. of the City
of Little ?och, and as the same may be ennualLy readjusted by the
Board of Assessors, and that nine (9%) per centum of said sssess-
went of the value of benefits of each of said blocks, lots and par-
cels of land, shall be paid annually on or before the 5th day of
March of each year until a total of ninety (900) per centum of said
assessment shall have been paid. The first annual payment shall be
made on or before the 5th day of 14exch, 1924.
Section 2. That all ordina ces or parts of ordinances in con-
flict herewith are hereby repeole<<, and this ordinance shall be in
full force and effect fr ,3m and after its passage.
